Forest view, Colchester, Essex

The development at Forest View in Colchester forms part of a wider consortium let project delivering 730 dwellings to the area.    BDG were appointed by Bellway Homes to produce a construction set of drawings, ensuring a consistent approach to the appearance across the whole wider development was maintained.   The scheme includes a collection of terraced, semi & detached new build units , all bespoke across two & three storeys along with a collection of apartment blocks. 

The working drawings focused heavily on delivering the bespoke detailing and features required by the local planning authority. The site layout looks to provide uninterrupted street frontages by ensuring resident parking is recessed within plot curtilage and parking courtyards, allowing opportunities for views into areas of communal courtyard gardens for residents.
