Having been appointed in 2014 to produce the working drawings for Phase 1 by Countryside, BDG have subsequently been involved at both planning and working drawings stages for the remaining 4 phases with the total number of dwellings to be built  in excess of 600.  Phase 5 is currently under construction with the site set to be completed in late 2024.
