BDG Design were appointed by Bellway Home Essex to produce working drawings for the second phase of Aqua Verde at Channels. The site consisted of 95 plots with a range of bespoke house types and a large degree of site-specific detailing. The project provides high quality family homes and affordable housing overlooking green spaces and courtyards.
