Mascalls Park, Brentwood, Essex

A 76 plot site for Bellway Homes Essex in leafy Brentwood made up of houses and apartment blocks. With the original Mascalls Hospital demolished, the topography of this site proved to be challenging with bespoke houses across the site, ranging from modest 2 bed plots up to 5 and 6 bedroom detached dwellings.

As part of the challenge numerous trees had TPO’s and were retained as part of the overall landscaping scheme to act as focal features as part of the scheme.   Large amounts of underbuild and retaining structures lead to opportunities for numerous plots to have basements & garden rooms to maximise the sites potential.

The site was completed in 2020 and is now well established in the area.
